My C20 Face2Face cam was working perfectly for a few days and now the image testing has failed. I tried reinstalling the software once again but the result is the same, not getting any image after launching the USB camera program. Can you help?

You need to unplug the camera and remove it driver and components, then restart the computer and take it from scratch. This means you will need to plug the camera to other unused USB port and install the drivers then the software. Reboot the computer again and watch the results. I recommend this option because the USB port might have trouble accessing the stream feed from the camera therefore the application will give errors. Switching to another USB port should fix this issue.
